In 1990, after more than twenty years of automotive experience, Jeram Marketing was established by Jerry O’Neill and Dick Rambler.  The original goal of the company was to differentiate itself from the competition in a market saturated with aftermarket and F&I development companies.  Both men knew the only way to do that was to provide an excellent product and unmatched service to their client base.

In their first year, many companies were eager to add them as representatives for their products. Not many met Jerry and Dick’s standards for quality, marketability, and security.  Although it took considerable time, they analyzed the companies and interviewed their customers and agents before choosing the ones that could provide clients with products they could confidently market and customers could comfortably rely on.

Once that primary goal was met, the next step was to develop an advisory program that would incorporate a service philosophy to aid each client in marketing, profit realization, and the reduction of administrative red tape.  Looking at their background, maturity and work ethic, Dick and Jerry were confident they could achieve this goal.

By insisting that there be regular communication with all interested parties, our clients became aware of the need to become active “partners” in the collective approach to maximizing profits, developing a successful F&I department and an urgency to support change when it meant added profit.  This philosophy, and its acceptance by our clients, has been the difference between tolerating an average performance and expecting the best.

Jeram Marketing has grown its client base each year.  Due to this success, as new products enter the market place, companies contact us to represent them instead of the other way around.  We look at many, but still demand the same quality and dependability we looked for when we entered the marketplace.

We are proud to have a client list that includes several dealer groups and individual agency’s who have enjoyed increased profitability, high levels of customer satisfaction and the peace of mind that must exist when merchandising products with risk.

Our initial goals have been met; our growth has been steady.  We continue to look to meet new business people who want to partner with their F&I company and who realize that our success is in direct relationship to yours.  We will grow together because we both share that understanding.

Often the loss of one of the original associates means a change in a company’s philosophy.  But when Dick Rambler died, Jeram Marketing was able to stay the course in large part due to the addition of several key members of the Jeram team.  We invite you to meet them under the “Company Profiles” tab of our web site.  While they all share the same goals and passion for the business, each comes with their own set of qualities and strengths.
