F&I Training
Providing F&I training and development is part of Jeram Marketing’s growth strategy, and a key differentiator that separates us from many F&I companies. The training department at Jeram Marketing, taken in-house in May of 2007, has already provided services to our clients that include dealership observations and a training seminar for F&I managers and sales managers. Our full list of services includes:
Dealership Observations: Often it’s difficult to see your business when you spend so much of your time IN your business. Our observations include:
- interviewing several key members of your sales and sales management teams, as well as your F&I manager
- unobtrusively observing the relationship and interaction between your F&I department and the sales people and sales management in your store
- following your F&I manager through their day(s) as they interact with customers
- review logs and reports looking for trends and profit potential
Afterward we will make recommendations based on our observation and offer support and training to successfully implement them. Continued monitoring and follow-up of the F&I department is ongoing.
F&I Training classes/seminars: We currently offer:
- single-item focus group training
